OfferHive, LLC operates with integrity and respects a user’s right to privacy. Below you will find OfferHive’s privacy statement which includes information collection and use, communication from the site as well as information on how to contact OfferHive.

Information Collection and Use

Information Collection

OfferHive is the sole owner of the information collected on OfferHive’s Affiliate Network. OfferHive collects information from our users at several different points on our Web site.

Forms
OfferHive requests information from the user on its application and inquiry forms. The contact and financial information provided is used for billing purposes and to fill customer’s orders. In the case of having trouble processing an order, then the information is used to contact the user.

Information Use

Profile
OfferHive stores information collected through cookies, log files, clear gifs, and/or third parties to create a profile of OfferHive’s users. The information included in the customer’s profiles is only used to detail their viewing preferences and is in no way used or sold to third parties.

Cookies
OfferHive uses session ID cookies to keep track of a user’s order when they move through our site. They are also used to ensure that when a web user clicks on an ad and that they are sent to the correct click-through destination. Cookies are used by our reporting system to estimate the total reach of an ad campaign and frequency of display. Cookies help sequence the delivery of a series of ads to a web browser, and to limit the number of times a web browser receives any one advertisement. Log Files
Like most standard Web site servers we use log files. This includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, track user’s movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses, etc. are not linked to personally identifiable information.

Communications from the Site

Special Offers and Updates
OfferHive sends all new customers a welcoming email to verify their password and username. Members will occasionally receive information on products, services, and special deals. Out of respect for the privacy of our users we present the option to not receive these types of communications. Please see the Choice and Opt-out sections.

Sharing
OfferHive makes every effort to preserve user privacy and does not sell any personable identifiable information to third parties. OfferHive reserves the right to release current or past user information in the event that OfferHive believes the User is violating OfferHive’s terms and conditions, and/or committing unlawful acts. Also, personal information might be disclosed if the information is subpoenaed, OfferHive is sold or acquired, or when OfferHive deems it necessary or appropriate including, without limitation, sharing your e-mail address with other third-parties for suppression purposes in compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003, as amended from time to time, and Federal Trade Commission enabling regulations.

Aggregate Information (non-personally identifiable)
We do not share aggregated demographic information with our partners and advertisers. Web user information (all of which is non-personally identifiable like an IP address) is shared with our advertisers and publishers in aggregate fashion and is done in order to be able to provide the services OfferHive offers.

Choice/Opt-out
Our users are given the opportunity to ‘opt-out’ of having their information used for purposes not directly related to our site by changing their profile preferences. Users who no longer wish to receive our promotional communications may opt-out of receiving these communications by clicking in the applicable Opt-out button.

Users of our site are always notified when their information is being collected by any outside parties. We do this so our users can make an informed choice as to whether or not they should proceed with services that require an outside party.

This Web site contains links to other sites. Personally identifiable information collected by Advertisers using the OfferHive Network is subject to the privacy policies of the individual advertisers. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statements of each and every Web site that collects personally identifiable information. This privacy statement applies solely to information collected by OfferHive’s website.

Security
This Web site takes every precaution to protect our users’ information. When users submit sensitive information via the Web site, their information is protected both online and off-line.

When our Application/inquiry form asks users to enter sensitive information the information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry - SSL. While on a secure page, such as our order form, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to un-locked, or open, when users are just ‘surfing’. While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also do everything in our power to protect user-information off-line. All of our users’ information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, our billing clerk or a customer service representative) are granted access to personally identifiable information. Furthermore, all employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices. Every time new policies are added, our employees are notified and/or reminded about the importance we place on privacy, and what they can do to ensure our users’ information is protected.

Correcting/Updating/Deleting/Deactivating Personal Information
If a user’s personally identifiable information changes (such as zip code, phone, email or postal address), or if a user no longer desires our service, we provide a way to correct, update or delete/deactivate users’ personally identifiable information. This can also be done by emailing our Customer Support at support@OfferHive.com.

Notification of Changes
If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes to this document and in our website; the changes will take effect immediately upon their posting. Your continued use of OfferHive’s website or acceptance of our emails following the posting of changes to these terms will mean hat the user accepts these changes and agree to continue receiving emails from OfferHive. However, if the changes involve the way OfferHive uses or will use personally identifiable information (if in a manner different from that stated at the time of collection) we will notify users via email. Users will have a choice as to whether or not we use their information in this different manner. However, if users have opted out of all communication with the site, or deleted/deactivated their account, then they will not be contacted, nor will their personal information be used in this new manner.
